Mantra & Japa 21 day challenge
This is a repetitive toning/chanting meditation practice that can assist one in generating inner peace, greater happiness,vitality and balance. You will learn what mantra is and what it can do for you.
The mantras of choice for this practice will be in association with healing of self, enlightenment and spiritual protection. You will learn how to pronounce them, the meanings and learn what a practice or discipline will look like working with a mala (beads) or without.
You will then choose one mantra for a discipline of 21 days. We then come back together at the end to share our experiences, answer questions and share in one last practice of these amazing restorative mantras.
