A four week series that builds on your potential for vibrant health, creating space in the subtle bodies for your spirit to expand and a strong sense of balance.The mediations will begin as easy exercises for the mind to grasp, then we will introduce deeper and more fulfilling practices, based in centering, building light and increased awareness.
We will look at developing a proper sitting position, as well as, explore what meditation is and the benefits of it. To further enrich your meditation experience we will introduce specific mudras. (hand positions)
These meditations are not affiliated with any belief system, though we utilize many of the long tested practices used in the majority of all ancient spiritual practices. As we continue to grow throughout our lifetime so must our practice always be evolving.
